NOTES: Psyche-Out was and is a disappointment for many GI Joe fans and collectors. He has a bright green shirt. He has radar dishes which he uses to alter the minds of his enemies with radio waves. He helps mark the GI Joe team's move away from more traditional and realistic military figures. Make sure he still has his antenna.
