GI JOE 1990 Figure Price Guide (Series 9)
With the exception of some Sonic Fighters, 1990 would arrive with new and original GI Joe and Cobra figures on the shelves. The Sky Patrol was the only real special forces unit this year. The Sonic Fighters sub-group came with battery-powered backpacks that played sounds. Carded figures came with plastic G.I. Joe Combat Command Rings.
